Man, oh man. I did not want to wake up this morning. It rained last night and I just wanted to lay in bed smelling the "fresh rain" smell. Alas, I was forced to get up by the driving force of having a full time job. Bummer. I did, however, post all the pictures from my trip here. Check 'em out!

Okay, okay. I am excited to announce that Jordan & I are going to see The Head & The Heart on Thursday! Isn't that wonderful? I've been so amped for this. I've been biting my tongue because I knew once I started talking about it I wouldn't stop. Jordan is really good to me. :) Here are a couple tracks for your listening enjoyment this Tuesday:

I've been listening to this band like crazy lately. I really love their song "It's Time" off the EP Continued Silence. Pretty chill music, which is something I love because I like having music on in the background when I do homework, edit pictures or blog.

I have a busy day today. Jumping right back into work. Picking up mum's car from the shop. Dropping off Kait & Aaron's engagement pictures. Taking Sally to get her hair cut. Man, oh man. I'll be tired tonight. I'm going to try to have all the pictures from my trip posted tonight though. If I wait too long I'll forget or push it to the back of the pile of things I have to do (Chicago pictures, anyone? I should post those...). I had such a lovely time up north. I enjoy being able to share pictures on here of my trips, travels and adventures. It's wonderful.

Jordan and I went to Saugatuck and hit up the Brewing Co. there. Man, oh man. My wrap was delicious. I wasn't expecting it to be that good! Here are a couple pictures we snapped.

I really love going out and visiting local places around West Michigan. 

Now I have to finish packing! Jordan and I are going up north today and I am psyched! How much fun is it going to be to get away and relax for 3 days? Can't wait. Do you have any fun plans this weekend?

Just wanted to share some pictures of 2 shoots I've done recently. I really love catching people in there element. The best pictures I've taken are when people are comfortable.

These are just some shots I snapped while Alicia, Emma and I were at the park the other day. So precious. These two are pretty special to me.

These first few are from and engagement shoot I did with my friend Kait and her fiance Aaron. I think it's pretty great when couples take the "marriage plunge."

Hello all I thought I would post about what I'm reading today. This might turn into a monthly feature. I'm just excited to share my read with you.

The Tuesday Club Murders//Agatha Christie

Each chapter in this book is a new story being told as the group of main characters is sitting around a dinner table. It's delightful!

I know it's only Wednesday, but I am so excited for this weekend. Jordan and I are going up to his grandparents cabin. There will be fishing and I will run around like a barefoot hooligan! I'll make sure to take lots of pictures from the trip. It'll be a blast!

Tonight I'll hopefully post some pictures I took of some great people. Stay tuned. :)

Tonight was a pool party at the Sternicks house! It was a blast! Below are a few pictures of the evenings events. :)

I love all of these people so much! They are such a blessing to me. 

Tomorrow I get to take more pictures of little Emma Pattullo! Also, Justin asked me to take engagement photo's for him and Christina! Isn't that so wonderful? I love when my friends get engaged and married. Jake & Josie and Liz & Travis are getting married in September. All in the same weekend! It's going to be the weekend of dancing and celebration. Party on!

I had a fantastic day today! Jordan's family got to meet mine this evening! I've been nervous and excited. It was such a blessing to see two families together.
